[For Premium Members] Refund Procedures Following Changes to the “YELLOW MAGAZINE+” Service

As previously announced, the current YELLOW MAGAZINE+ will be discontinuing services on Sunday, May 31, 2026, and transitioning to a new service starting from Saturday, August 1.
In line with these service changes, premium members whose membership expires on or after the end of June 2026 will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their membership fee.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that the refund request procedures differ depending on whether members reside within Japan or overseas.

In line with these service changes, premium members whose membership expires on or after the end of June 2026 will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their membership fee.

Premium members whose membership expires on or after the end of June 2026

*Members who newly joined or renewed their subscription by 11:59 PM Sunday, May 31, 2026 are also eligible for a refund.
*Members on a standard are not eligible. Their subscriptions will automatically terminate on or after Monday, June 1, 2026.

Refunds will be handled through the “GMO Remittance Service”.
Starting Friday, June 19, 2026, notifications will be sent sequentially via email from the GMO Remittance Service.
*Emails will be sent to members whose address in YELLOW MAGAZINE+ is set to “Japan” as of 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. When submitting your refund request, you will be required to enter the date of birth registered on your YELLOW MAGAZINE+ account.
*Please check your account details in advance via your [MY PAGE]. If you wish to change your email address, please use this link. If your registered date of birth is incorrect, please contact the help desk on the A!-ID website.
*Emails may not be delivered to addresses containing symbols such as a period (“.”) immediately before the “@” symbol. Please review the details here and update your email address if necessary.

1. Access the dedicated URL included in the email titled “YELLOW MAGAZINE+ Refund Payment Method Information,” sent from the GMO Remittance Service.
2. After agreeing to the terms of use, enter your bank account details for the transfer.
*Your refund amount will be automatically displayed in the “Transfer Amount” field.

3. Enter the date of birth you registered with YELLOW MAGAZINE+ (8-digit numeric format, half-width characters) and Click “Confirm.”
Example: If your birthdate is January 28, 1990 → Enter 19900128
4. Review the entered information on the confirmation screen. If everything is correct, Click “Submit(登録).”

5. Once your bank account details have been submitted, the refund will be transferred to your account within 1 to 3 business days.
*Transfer fees will be borne by the company.
*The sender’s name of the bank transfer will appear as “イエマガプラス.”
*You will be given approximately 2 weeks to complete the refund request. If you miss the deadline indicated in the email, you will no longer be able to complete the refund request using the link. In such cases, please contact us using the "YELLOW MAGAZINE+" Contact Form.

*Emails will be sent to members whose address in YELLOW MAGAZINE+ is set to “Overseas” as of 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. If you wish to change your email address, please use this link.

◉Refund request procedure
1. Access the dedicated URL included in the email titled “YELLOW MAGAZINE+ Refund Payment Method Information,” sent from YELLOW MAGAZINE+.
2. Enter the following information required for international remittance (please enter all details in English):
・Recipient name
・Bank account details (IBAN is required for countries using IBAN)
・Bank name / Branch name
・SWIFT code
・Recipient address
*The “Recipient name” must match the romanized (Latin alphabet) name set in YELLOW MAGAZINE+ as of Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
*Some countries may be subject to remittance restrictions or bans. In such cases, YELLOW MAGAZINE+ will contact you individually.
3. Once your submitted information is verified, the refund will be processed according to the schedule below.
*Refunds will be made via bank transfer in Japanese yen (JPY), the designated currency of the company. Exchange fees and any charges imposed by the receiving bank or intermediary banks will be borne by the recipient. As a result, the final amount received may be lower than the refund amount in JPY. Transfer fees will be covered by the company.
*The sender’s name will appear as “AMUSE INC”.
◉Refund schedule
Refunds will be processed at the end of the month following the month in which you submit your bank transfer details.
Examples:
・If submitted between June 19–30, 2026 → Refund scheduled for end of July 2026
・If submitted between July 1–31, 2026 → Refund scheduled for end of August 2026
Subsequent refunds will continue in accordance with this schedule.

・The personal and bank information you provide will be disclosed to the outsourced service provider (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) solely for refund processing purposes. In addition, such information may be shared with overseas financial institutions to the extent necessary for international remittance. By submitting your bank details, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
