*Once your membership registration is complete, you will receive a YELLOW MAGAZINE+ Membership Registration Completion Notice email to the registered email address. After that, you can log in to YELLOW MAGAZINE+ with your A!-ID and A!-ID password.

●All tickets will be issued as electronic tickets. The phone number you register during the application must be capable of voice calls and SMS authentication (numbers beginning with 090, 080, or 070). Tickets can only be received on the device associated with the phone number registered during the application. Accompanying individuals are also required to have a smartphone.
●You must distribute electronic tickets to any accompanying individuals prior to entry on the day of the show. However, if an accompanying individual, such as a child, does not have a smartphone, they may enter using only the applicant's smartphone if you pre-register their information via the form included in the winning email. Please register the accompanying individual's information at least three days before the show. On the day of the performance, all members of your party must be present to proceed to the designated assistance booth. Entry will be granted following identity verification.
●Electronic ticket applications are only accepted via smartphone. Applications cannot be submitted from PCs, BlackBerry or Windows Phones, feature phones, or tablets (including iPads and Android devices). The application button will not appear on these devices.
●The Lawson Ticket electronic ticket app is required to display your ticket. Further details are available at the following URL.

●This tour uses a system that issues seat numbers on the day of the performance. Your seat number will be printed on a ticket issued at the entrance when you arrive at the venue on the day of the performance.
●Your tour tickets will not show your seat location (seat number). You'll receive your seat assignment when you enter the venue on the day of the concert. Seat numbers are determined by a random drawing beforehand and are not affected by your arrival time.
●A QR code will appear on your Lawson Ticket app screen or on your paper ticket (for international attendees only). On the day of the show, scan this QR code at the designated reader at the venue entrance to get your Seat Assignment Ticket, and then proceed inside.

● Payment for this lottery is by credit card only. You're application will be automatically rejected if your credit card payment fails due to exceeding the limit or fraudulent detection by the credit card company. Please check that your credit card is valid and has sufficient funds before entering the lottery.
*If you have any questions about the status of your credit card, please contact your credit card company. Please note that YELLOW MAGAZINE+ and L-TICKET cannot answer any questions about credit cards.
● If you apply for a performance for which you have already won tickets in the YELLOW MAGAZINE＋ early-access pre-sale, your entry will automatically be considered unsuccessful.
●You don't need to register your companions when you apply.
●You can view or cancel your application anytime during the application period. To check your application status, go to Application History on your My Page on the Lawson Ticket website. To change your application, cancel your existing one through Application History on your My Page, and then submit a new application before the deadline.
*Application details are not viewable on the YELLOW MAGAZINE+ My Page.
●We anticipate heavy website traffic on the first and last days of the application period. Your chances of winning the lottery are not affected by when you apply. Because of potential congestion, especially on the final day, applying earlier is strongly recommended to ensure your application is submitted successfully.
●We may not be able to answer inquiries sent just before the application deadline. Please send any questions about the application process as soon as possible.

●The lottery results will be announced on the “Application History List” on the “My Page” of the L-TICKET entry page or at the email address (A!-ID) registered with YELLOW MAGAZINE+.

●We cannot offer refunds for ticket prices or associated fees unless the performance is postponed or canceled.
●Tickets for this event are covered by the Act on Securing Proper Distribution of Show Tickets by Prohibiting Unauthorized Resale of Specified Show Tickets. Reselling, exchanging, or transferring tickets, whether for profit or for free, is strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to buy or sell tickets through auctions, secondary ticket marketplaces, social media, or any other unauthorized channels. We may conduct identity checks upon entry, for both the ticket holder and any accompanying individuals. This involves verifying the name displayed on the Lawson Ticket app against a valid photo ID. Please bring one of the Acceptable Forms of ID listed below. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of entry. Please be aware that we cannot issue refunds for ticket costs or other fees if you are denied entry. We may also record audio and video during the identity verification process for record-keeping purposes.
